  • Through open recruiting channels, Evergreen welcomes qualified applicants to apply for various vacancies. We have established a thorough selection process including written test and interview in search of appropriate candidates.

  • Faced with the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Evergreen strove hard to operate businesses and continued to recruit land and sea personnel. In 2021, recruiting programs were also organized in response to the strong demands in the industry.

  • The turnover rate has decreased year by year in the past five years and has fallen to 3.98% in 2020. An increase of starting salary of new recruits, a variety of training courses and opportunities to rotate, and fair promotion and treatment all helped to increase employee retention.

  • Evergreen works closely with maritime universities for many years to attract outstanding talents to join our shipping business. To promote the cultivation of maritime professionals, Evergreen has sponsored over 100 students through "Graduate Navigation/Marine Engineering Programs" since 2016. In March 2021, Evergreen and NKUST started a mutually beneficial industry academia collaboration with a graduate program in marine engineering and 32 students were admitted for enrollment in September.
